Recently renovated it has cleverly retained its original period features of slate flagstones, brick and cast iron inglenook fireplaces yet has the modern day essentials.Situated on the doorstep of Snowdonia National Park the house is ideal for sampling fun filled adventures, walking, cycling or just spending quality time with your loved ones. The space The property has a spacious kitchen with Inglenook fireplace with an adjoining dining room witch has a large farmhouse table and exposed stonework inglenook fireplace which has a wood burner. The snug has a sitting area including a piano ideal for a group sing along at the end of the day. The sitting room has an inviting original cast iron open fire place for a relaxing evening following an action packed day. It boasts a large fenced garden area overlooking the river were you can expect to find an abundance of wildlife including the barn owl which has made its home in the outbuildings. It has 2 patios which includes a dining table and chairs. There is a secure area for storing of bikes and a large parking for several cars. The property is ideal for a group of friends to meet or for a family reunion.
