The Attic Loft - Architekten Loft im Rheintal

The Attic Loft is our family retreat and after more than two years of construction and many DIY projects, we are pleased to share the loft with you! :) The loft is located in a historic former customs house right in the heart of the Vorarlberg Rhine Valley. Whether you are visiting our beautiful "Ländle" for business or are here for recreation, we are happy to welcome you to the detailed and elaborately developed annex... The space Architecture, design and practicality do not have to be contradictions. We want you not only to have a vacation home, but also to be able to take a vacation in the home if you want to. Our goal is to make you feel at home, no matter how far away from home you are. For us, this means that we remain available to you, that cleanliness is our top priority and that we take care of the Wi-Fi connection as if it were our own. Guest access You will have the whole loft to yourselves, including a rather spacious balcony. A car parking space is also right next to the house entrance. You only share the staircase with the two tenants who live below the loft. Other things to note Since we don't want you to experience any surprises in the loft, at least no unpleasant ones :), here are some more details: Due to some special architectural elements, such as the cast-iron Victorian spiral staircase or the beams on the sleeping gallery, the loft is unfortunately not suitable for smaller children. The elevated location of the loft, in combination with the large window fronts and skylights, make up the special flair of the attic loft, but the loft cannot be darkened as a result. You can fall asleep under the stars, but you also have to expect to be woken up by the sun :) For the above reasons, it can get very warm in the loft, especially in the middle of summer, as there is no air conditioning (yet). Thanks to the large windows and the door that leads you to the balcony located at a height of over 9 meters, you can quickly ventilate and ensure a pleasant draft.
