The living room (2nd bedroom) features a new sofa bed 1.40 x 2.00 m & a relaxing swing chair. The desk allows you to work with a view of the countryside. On the balcony you can enjoy your peace. Special highlight: shower room with exposed masonry! The kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine free of charge! Check-in 24/7 contactless & free parking on street The space The kitchen is fully equipped. A microwave is provided free of charge upon request. For successful work, the desk in the living room is available. An additional cleaning service & laundry service is available by prior arrangement and for a fee. Parking is good and free of charge directly on the public street in front of the house. Our property has a large garden. You are welcome to use this. If possible, bring your bikes. Because Leipzig and its surroundings can be explored wonderfully by bike. You can also find useful information under "Neighborhood." Guest access The property has a bicycle cellar, which you can reach barrier-free via the courtyard door and a garden for shared use. If you come with sports luggage, we have separate, locked storage facilities for it. The washing machine is in the laundry room. Please request the key before check-in if necessary. Laundry drying can be done in the garden or on the balcony with a clothes dryer. The bedroom is basically prepared for 2 guests. Sleeping for the 3rd and 4th person is on the sofa bed in the living room. Other things to note Please understand that pets are not allowed. Children are welcome. The apartment is on the first floor and is easily accessible via a few steps. We are a non-smoking apartment! We offer free Wi-Fi. But please note our instructions in the manual. We kindly ask you to note that our apartment is lovingly furnished. It should be treated the same way. We are NOT A HOTEL! Nevertheless, we attach great importance to living comfort. So we provide you with several pillows, towels of different sizes, etc. If you want a hotel, you shouldn't book a guest apartment! Leipzig can be explored wonderfully from here by bike. The city of Leipzig levies an accommodation tax of 5% on the gross overnight price. This is to be paid additionally by the guest and is due upon departure at the latest.
