We are delighted to host you in our studio, completely refurbished in May 2024! Located in a small village house close to all amenities (shops and restaurants 3 min walk). 5 minutes from bus stops to get off in the center of Cannes. In a few minutes by bus you will be in the center of Cannes, and enjoy its beaches and festivals, 15 minutes from Nice airport and 5 minutes from the highway. No air conditioning, but on the ground floor and thick walls! The space Everything you need will be available in the accommodation. Close to all amenities. Old village of artisans, very charming and quiet. Cannes, its beaches and its festival are just a few minutes by bus. You will appreciate the proximity to the highway (far enough not to be disturbed by the noise) if you are traveling by car or arriving at Nice airport which is 15 minutes by highway.
