Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ... The space The room is exclusively for our guest or for our guests. (private entrance). The bathroom belongs to the room and can be reached directly from this room. Towels are sufficiently available. Guest access Access to the room and bathroom. Other things to note The entrance to the room is from the garden/courtyard side. Here there is also the possibility to sit "outside". Garbage: We appreciate the disposal in the provided garbage containers in the yard.
