Our double story thatch home and studio-flat has stunning views over a small communal dam and the ocean. The open plan kitchen/living area is an entertainer's dream which opens out onto patios on both sides. The communal dam is safe for swimming, with hours of kid (big and small) fun to be had. The views from all the bedrooms are awesome. The house is close to spectacular beaches and nature reserves. Fantastic restaurants abound. There are two shopping malls 5 mins away. The space Sundowners on the patio!!! Our family home has spectacular views over Noordhoek beach from Chapman’s Peak to Kommetjie. The garden is fair size and suitable for kids to run around. The dam is fenced off with gate access, and is safe for swimming. The main house boasts a large open-plan kitchen with separate scullery and all the amenities to cater for a family. The lounge, TV room and dining area all open up onto patios on both sides, bringing the outside in on beautiful summer days The main bedroom, en-suite bathroom, bedrooms 1 and 2 and a full family bathroom, are upstairs. The upstairs area is all carpeted and there are 2 desk areas if you need to work. The separate studio-flat is ideal for extended family members. It is completely self-contained. There is a portable braai/barbecue around the side of the house, and we have an outside shower which has hot water. The house is not serviced, we are happy to organise a cleaner to come in 2-3 times a week, this would be for your account.
