Langland View, Langland Bay Road

Langland View recently had a full refurbishment. Photos have been updated, more to come. Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties. The space Langland View is a bungalow over one floor. There is an open plan lounge/dining area with direct access to the terrace with beautiful views over Langland Bay. There are three bedrooms, one with a small en/suite shower room plus a family bathroom with bath/shower. The kitchen is situated to the rear of the property. The property is accessed via a drive and three steps or up some steps People with mobility issues will struggle with access. Guest access You will have complete use of the entire house which is on one floor. There are steps up to the property so people with mobility issues will find this a challenge. Other things to note The drive is reasonably steep for people with mobility issues plus three steps. Once inside the property everything is on one level. There is a small step up to the shower which wheelchair users should note before booking. We have recently added ramps to the outside of the property for wheelchair users and baby buggies. We are pet friendly but ask that guests clear up after their pets- no muddy paw prints or fur on furniture please! We can recommend a local dog walker/pet feeder should you need to go out for the day.
