Tavani Villas is located in a quiet area in Nea Roda, at a distance of 80m. from the sea and 200m. from the center of the picturesque village. It consists of 3 independent and spacious luxury Maisonettes on three levels, as well as a wonderful double studio. Despite its short distance from the sea, the altitude at which it is located is enough to enjoy the wonderful view. The space Welcome to our beautiful Maisonette in the charming village of Nea Roda! Our apartment offers stunning views of the sea from the balcony, making it the perfect choice for those who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation by the water. The ground floor of the apartment features a spacious living room and kitchen area, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower. The living room is comfortably furnished and has plenty of natural light, while the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and plenty of closet space for your belongings. There's also a second bathroom with a shower and all the essential toiletries provided, including shampoo, body soap, and shower gel. Our Maisonette is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a hair dryer, iron, and mosquito net. We've also provided essential cleaning products, as well as bed linens, towels, and extra pillows and blankets for your convenience. For entertainment, there's a TV in the living room, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Also has there is a central heating/cold system in the whole property, so you'll be comfortable no matter what the weather is like outside. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, and cooking basics such as pots and pans, oil, salt, and pepper. We've also provided plenty of dishes and silverware, as well as wine glasses and a baking sheet. Outside, you can enjoy the fresh sea air and beautiful views from the balcony, which is equipped with outdoor furniture. The apartment is located right next to the water, so you can easily access the nearby beach and enjoy a refreshing swim. Furthermore, there is free street parking for your convenience. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are allowed, and we also offer luggage drop-off for guests who have an early arrival or late departure.
