The space A wonderful and independent 350 square meters house with a big garden in the countryside on the Turin hill, 600 mt above the portion of the city and out of the smog of the city. The villa is 10 minutes far by car from the Metro and the Lingotto Exhibition Centre and 15-20 minutes from the train stations, the highway and the main touristic, cultural, shopping and business sites of the city. In one hour and a half by car or by train you can reach the main ski and mountain resorts in Piedmont (Sestriere, Bardonecchia, Sauze d'Oulx, etc.) or in the Aosta Valley. In 50 minutes by train or 80 minutes by freeway you can reach Milan and in 60-90 minutes by car the wine and white truffle lands (Langhe, Monferrato and Roero). The villa has a maximum residential capacity of 8 persons distributed in 3 rooms: First floor: - Double bedroom with one queen bed (not present in photos) - Studio room - Trple bedroom with one queen sofa bed and one single bed - 1 complete bathrooms with shower, sink, bidet and WC Attic floor: - Bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 single - 1 complete bathroom (shower, sink, bidet and WC) Possibility to add 1 bed in the studio room and, on request, 1 baby bed.
