The space It boasts panoramic views surrounded by fishing rivers, lakes: Lough Bo, Lough Arrow and Lough Key all within a ten minute drive.The house is located twenty five minutes from Sligo town and Carrick On - Shannon by car. It is near seven golf clubs: Castledargon Hotel and Golf Course, Boyle, Carrick On-Shannon, Ballymote, Strandhill, Rosses Point and Enniscrone. Hotels close by are Kilronan Castle which is only an seven minute drive, Castle Dargan Hotel just a fifteen minute drive and Markree Castle twenty minutes away. Activities in the area are shooting at Lough Bo Shooting Centre. Lough Key Forest Park Adventure Park caters activities for young and old such as a Playground, Boda Borg, Zipit and a picturesque Canopy walk. Paint balling in Battlebridge is 15 minutes away. Arigna Mining Experience is 10 minutes away. Fishing: Lough Bo, Lough Arrow, Boyle River and Lough Key. Water sports and canoeing: Lough Key and Lough Allen; the Wild Athlantic Way is twenty minutes away at Ballisodare Bay. The house consists of a modern kitchen, spacious and comfortable sitting room/lounge. Bedroom one: One family room with a king size bed and one single bed, a walk in ensuite equipped with a power shower, wardrobe. Bedroom two: One double room with a queen size bed and wardrobe. Bedroom three: One double bed with a single bunk bed overhead which is ideal for children so this room sleeps three people. A main bathroom with a bath and a shower. In total this house has bed provision for eight adults. There is Wi-Fi and a smart television in the sitting room/lounge. Guest access BBQ is available if required. Bikes and fishing equipment can be arranged if required. A large lawn for kids to play in and situated on a quite country road with very little traffic. Cattle and sheep are grazed in the surrounding fields and tours of our farm can be arranged. Other things to note Local pub within 10 minute stroll. There are laundry facilities- Washing machine/Drier. A Barbecue can be arranged by request.
