Double bedroom in a 3 bed house, other guests may be present, quiet living space, public transport stops nearby and shops as well, neighbours are nice, no problems with any, bedroom has own tv and coffee/tea facility with kettle/cups 3 cameras in communal areas, stairwell, kitchen, living room. Front door has a ring bell cameras for protection of property & guests If rubbish left in other parts of the house, NO LIGHTS LEFT ON WHEN NOT IN USE, house 1.5miles from centre The space A big double bedroom with smart tv connected to the internet, kettle/cups for tea/coffee making, also an iron+ iron board present Room big enough to accommodate 4 ppl as i have extra sleeping solution ( airbed for 2 ppl ) Guest access Guests can access all parts of the house apart from the rooms that are taken and the attick, have a gym in back garden which guests can use it if they like During your stay I can help in whatever i can and at my reach Other things to note very important, no smoking allowed, no noise after 10pm, no visits/stays from other people outside the booking, no eating or food in bedroom, no slamming doors, shoes removed when entrying the house, caught breaking these rules will be reported to Airbnb and bad feedback and immediate expulsion. Very important detail, cleaning fee is 26 pounds ( 6 cleaning fee +20 deposit ( rubbish left by guest, unwashed dishes etc ), needless to say that guest looses the deposit if these things take place
