Spacious apt overlooking the valley

An open architecture connects the light-flooded kitchen, dinette and living room. A slight elevation separates bath and bedrooms for privacy. A great place if you like a great view over green gardens and the Rhine valley. Very well equipped. The space Be my guest and stay at my apartment with up to three people. You'll find a double bed and single bed (both fully equipped) in two separate bedrooms. It's a light-flooded apartment overlooking the beautiful rhine valley with a balcony. Since it is my own place of residence when in the area, it is very comfortably equipped with media and kitchen gadgets and you are invited to use it all. Public transport to the main sights and the historic city center is right outside (or 5 minutes by car). I don't do the rental for profession or the money but I enjoy hosting international or interesting people who have a story to tell or an insight to share. Please include a quick info about you when checking for a room! Smoking is outside only, pets and f**** up the appartment is a strict no-go :-) Guest access Depending on your group size you will have exclusive access to the single, double or both bedrooms. Bathroom, kitchen, dinette and living room is at your full and exklusive availability. Of course you will also have full access to high-speed WiFi, 2x HD cable TV and home theatre with wired and Airplay speakers around the apartment. A parking lot is reserved only for you right in front of the main door. Other things to note IMPORTANT! The following features are optional. That means their availability may be limited and we charge a small extra fee for bringing them over, so please ask in advance! Fees: baby bed (20€ flat), highchair (10€ flat), ventilator (10€ flat), Thermomix TM6 (30€/week), Weber gas grill (20€/week), bike (20€/week), Nintendo Wii (20€/week), Playstation 4 (20€/week), 22" HDMI monitor (20€/week), HP inkjet printer/scanner (20€/week).
