A spacious and elegantly furnished one bedroom apartment on the 9th Floor in kilimani. The place is close to large malls that include Yaya centre which is a 3 minute walk and the Junction mall which is a 5 minute drive. There are several eateries and entertainment places, grocery stores, pharmacy and ATMs within a walking distance from the apartment. The CBD is about 10 minutes drive and a cab ride will cost not more that 5 usd to the CBD. Public transport is also available closeby. The space This is a warm and elegantly furnished home with lots of natural light streaming in from the large wall to wall windows in the living room. Being on the 9th floor, you can get a beautiful view of your surrounding from the balcony. A large smart TV (43") that is already connected to the WiFi is provided so that you can watch whatever you please . The TV is already connected to Netflix so that you can enjoy your movies without any extra charge. We shall provide internet access details for your other use as part of your check in instructions DINING There is a separate dining area which can also serve as a working table as there are several sockets where one can connect their laptop or any other equipment that you require to work. We have also provided extension cables that are protected from any power surge to ensure the safety of your equipment. KITCHEN The kitchen is well furnished with a gas cooker and oven that is already connected to the power you only need to switch on and it will be ready for use. There is also a coffee maker from which you can brew some coffee to help you start your day. A microwave, electric kettle, blender and sandwich maker are also provided that you can use at a your pleasure. There are adequate utensils that include cooking pots, a pan, cooking sticks, serving spoons, plates, bowls, mugs, water and wine glasses and cutlery among many others. We have also provided some sugar, tea bags, coffee, pepper and salt to start you off during your stay. Drinking water is also available with a water dispenser next to the dining area. BEDROOM The bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed and clean white linen to ensure that you are comfortable as you take a rest after a long day. It is fitted with large windows that allow in enough natural light during the day but also has dark and heavy curtains that ensure that you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. There is also a large spacious wardrobe with enough hangers for your clothes during your stay. An iron box and ironing board are provided to ensure that you can still look sharp in your new temporary home. WASHROOM There is a large bathroom with a spacious shower cubicle with warm water from the boiler, you will need to switch on the heater a few minutes before you shower. we have provided body wash and clean white towels for your use. There is also a hand-wash soap, sanitiser and enough tissue provided. cleaning materials are also provided . OTHERS A shared swimming pool and gym are also available on the roof top. There are three well serviced lifts that serve all floors on the apartment . Free parking space is available for residents with 24 hour security guards who are happy and willing to provide guidance.
