Peaceful Hideaway Surrounded by Nature Heated Pool

As a family with three children aged 6, 11 and 13, we created this place as a space of nature, peace and freedom — ideal for families as well as for those seeking tranquility. Just 10 minutes from Les Eyzies, our cottage welcomes you in the heart of a 13-hectare natural estate, at the end of a private road. Nestled in a valley surrounded by forests and with no nearby neighbors, the property is a true peaceful retreat where life follows the rhythm of nature. The space The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a charming bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a spacious and welcoming living and dining area, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms: one with two single beds, ideal for children, and the other with a 160 cm double bed. A second bathroom with a shower completes the upper floor. The generous and cozy living area is perfect for sharing special moments with family or friends after a day exploring the region. The house also has a private garden bordered by a small stream, offering a peaceful and natural setting. Guests can enjoy a heated and secure swimming pool shared with our family, generally open from June to September - October depending on weather conditions. Children will love the outdoor spaces, including the heated pool, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, football area and badminton. From the house, you can set off directly for walks and hikes through the surrounding woods and countryside trails. The region is also full of treasures to discover: prehistoric caves, remarkable sites of the Périgord, local markets and beautiful medieval villages. Nearby, the Vézère and Dordogne rivers offer endless opportunities for swimming, picnics by the water, canoeing and relaxing days in nature. Here, you will mostly hear birdsong, the wind in the trees… and sometimes the joyful laughter of our children. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared spaces, including the swimming pool and the outdoor play areas for children. Composting facilities are also available if needed.
