Stylish Guestroom next to Lake including Breakfast

The beautifully furnished guestroom, the cozy living room as well as the carefully arranged garden ensure perfect relaxation during your stay. The guestroom contains a comfortable 1.60m wide queensize bed and a pullout sleeping couch. The room comfortably fits four people. The bathroom is right across the guestroom and is for use exclusively by our guests. In the morning our guests will be treated with a delicious breakfest. The space The lounge on the terrace offers a beautiful view over the harbor and the Lake of Constance. Directly in front of the house there's a big park with an adjacent castle and a playground. The green environment and the lake invite our guests to explore the neighbourhood. The lake can be reached by foot in 1 minute and offers several spots with easy access to take a swim. Our house is situated directly at the cycling route around the Lake of Constance and is an ideal starting point or stopover for cyclers. Guest access A big common kitchen, living room with TV and a seating space on the terrace are available for our guests' use. During your stay We're living upstairs and are looking forward to hosting and interacting with our guests at their wish. Other things to note Nearby there's a Catholic Church. Its bell rings from 07.00 - 22.00 every 15 minutes. A children's bed is available if desired.
