(If the cleaning work cannot be completed on time due to late check-out, additional charges may be incurred in connection with subsequent bookings.) ※ No shoes in the house. ※ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. (There is no designated outdoor smoking area. Please make sure that the cigarette is completely extinguished and dispose of it properly using your own portable ashtray). ○The cleaning staff will collect the garbage after you check out. Please do not throw garbage in the designated place, please cooperate with garbage separation. ○If any of the provided cutlery or facilities are damaged, there will be an additional charge after you check out. If there is any change to your reservation, such as an extension, please let us know at least 24 hours before check out. Recently, there have been frequent incidents of defacement, damage and removal of items. Although there is no charge for the normal use of items such as bed sheets, any items with blood stains or vomit will be charged at cost. ④ Emergency response We will try our best to accommodate your requests, but in some cases, we may not be able to provide same-day assistance. There is an additional charge for same-day assistance, excluding emergencies. We appreciate your understanding.
