Furnished Guest Room (150 sq.ft) with attached toilet, in a bungalow in a quiet locality, with all amenities such as cinemas, auto stands, restaurants etc within walking distance. Ideal for international guests, parents coming to visit children, trekkers etc. Homely and safe atmosphere. Personal Yoga classes as well as Yoga Teachers training is also available at home.NO LOCAL GUESTS!! Please do look at the location before booking, if it suits your requirements or not, and book accordingly. The space The room is part of my home which I maintain to my standards. I look after my house and guests myself like family members and I expect my guests to also behave in a similar fashion. The room is 150 sq.ft in size. The room is on the first floor. Children below 6 years old are only acceptable if the child is taken good care of her/ his mother. Pls mention about the child while booking. Room heaters (optional) are charged at Rs. 100 per day. NO LOCAL GUESTS. Guest access Guests can access the terrace, garden, our dining room and even use the drawing room in case they have any guests they wish to entertain. Guests are not allowed to use the kitchen. Tea/coffee arrangements are in the room itself. If guests run out of materials, the same will be replenished. Tea/coffee are also provided with breakfast. It will be appreciated if guests can make their own tea/coffee at other times. During your stay All possible local assistance will be provided to the best of my knowledge and abilities. Other things to note While requesting booking, please provide details of your companion, if you are traveling with them. There is no arrangement available for drivers, servants etc. Meals can be provided, where possible on at least 12 hours notice. Rates per head are as follows: Breakfast - Rs. 200 onwards . Vegetarian Meals - Rs. 250 onwards. Non-Vegetarian Meals: Rs. 350 The Air Conditioner usage is chargeable basis the separate sub-meter fitted at the rate of Rs. 10 per unit.
