The tenants were part of the upper class of Tallinn -- business men, bankers and manufacturers. The luxury of the historical building has been restored in 2019. This apartment (30 m2) situates on the 3. floor and is one of the few Premium apartments in the building. The loft is designed through two levels, including 4-meter ceilings on the first floor and a lowered ceiling on the 2. floor for sleeping. Floors of the dwelling area feature fish-tale patterned oak parquet and the brick wall has been preserved to refer to the history of the grand building. Sleeping area comes with a double bed & the comfortable sofabed downstairs accommodates up to 2 extra guests -- all beddings are made of allergy-free materials. For better sleep quality, the apartment has also darkening curtains. Kitchen is provided with all essentials including tea, coffe, cookware, induction cooktop etc. Bathroom is also equipped with all essentials, incl. hair dryer, fresh towels & shampoo, hair conditioner and handsoap -- all of Estonian origin.
