Bathroom facilities are available in the main building, 5 meters away from the room. Guest access As you might have seen, we are located in a car-free village in the mountains. To reach us, you can go by car or public transport to Stechelberg to the valley station of the Schilthorn cable car. From there the gondola will take you to the mountain village of Gimmelwald within 4 minutes and costs 6 CHF. The hostel is located in Gimmelwald right next to the gondola station after the gravel path. In the evening the gondola leaves every hour until 23:45 - on weekends until after midnight. During your stay We are mostly on site, because the hostel also has a restaurant which currently also offers take-away for external guests. Other things to note An additional fee of CHF 3.10 tourist tax is payable at check-in.
