The apartment includes 1 bedroom with a shutter and double glazed window-doors that allows you to have a relaxed nice sleep. It has a very good WI-FI connection and a SMART TV with several channels! The property features 1 parking space and lift from the garage to the apartment floor. Guest access The entire property is available for you. Accessible via main building door in the street or via the Underground garage. The building has loft and fire stairs. The neirboorhoud is very secured , just a few meters from the old town, without the noise that the city center sometimes can provide. There is parking outside, free of charge and you will have access to the private garage where you will find 1 place for your car. Other things to note Important Information for Your Stay • All guest details must be submitted as required by SEF (Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service). You will receive a form 24 hours before check-in from your host. • A photo of the main guest’s passport or ID must be provided. This is mandatory for check-in. If not received, check-in will not be possible. • No additional guests beyond those listed in the booking are allowed. • Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance to ensure the apartment is ready for you. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact us directly using the details in your confirmation. Occupancy & Children • Children aged 2–11 may use the sofa bed. A cot is also available upon request. • The maximum occupancy is 5 people, including children. Check-in & Check-out • Check-in starts at 3:00 PM via self check-in. • Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Late check-out after 11:00 AM will incur a €30 fee. • For special check-in or check-out times, please contact us in advance — we’re happy to help. House Rules • No parties, events, or unregistered guests are permitted. • No noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, in accordance with Portuguese residential regulations. • Pets are not allowed, including small pets under 10 kg. Housekeeping & Maintenance • Available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. • Non-urgent issues must be reported during this time using the contacts provided. Boiler & Hot Water • The boiler is set for up to 4 people. • Hot water is available for showers and taps and heats quickly, but if the full tank is used, it will take approximately 1 hour to reheat automatically.
