You have the entire main house of a lake house with a private entrance. 3 bedrooms (7 beds) , 2 bath, with a huge open kitchen and living room, and washer/dryer in unit, direct access to the lake with a dock. Enjoy 1600 sq ft of private space. Steel Lake is in the backyard with a private dock. The space The house has it's own private lake access with a dock, dock was built as of January 2017. The lake is Steel Lake, and they release about 5000 rainbow trouts at the end of April (or when the fishing season starts), so you can fish from the dock during the last week of April to October (changes slightly every year please verify, fishing licence required which can be obtained at a sporting store). Guest access You have the main house with private entrance. There is another unit on the bottom floor, retired owner couple lives there, the main house and the downstairs have separate private entrance with private patio areas. The backyard is a shared area (between the upstairs and downstairs) as well as the dock and lake access. No loud parties in the backyard as this is a shared area. Please note that no watercrafts such as boats and kayaks are provided on site. Motorized watercrafts are not allowed on the lake per lake regulations. You may bring your own blow up boats, kayaks, etc. There is a small firepit in the backyard. Other things to note The main unit where you are renting has lots of lights and tall ceilings with a view of lake, you will have two designated parking spots in the driveway. There are two full bathrooms in this house, but the house was built some years ago so each of the bathrooms are pretty small. They both have bathtubs, but if you are looking for a house with a huge bathroom suite, this is not the one. Finally, the driveway is pretty steep. If you are not comfortable backing out of an inclined driveway, this house is not for you (I am not the best driver but I just back out onto the side of the road first, and then marge onto the S 304th st, and it's ok). This unit has its own washer/dryer in the unit. It is a stackable type with dryer on top of the washer, so it is smaller than the stand-alone full sized washer. Having the washer/dryer in the unit is definately convenient, but if a small sized washer is not your style, this house is not for you... Also the house has lots of Ikea furniture, and if this bothers you the house is not for you... I am trying to disclose everything that people have ever pointed out in the past. My house is not perfect by any means, but at a reasonable price, it does offer a gorgeous setting right on the lake, a huge great kitchen and living/dining area for a big family, and all the photos posted are recent and true. We spend a lot of TLC making this our deam house on the lake before selling to the current owners, and I am very pleased to share it with your family! I live out of state so I am not personally there to talk to you, but all the people involved (cleaners, maintenance staffs) try to do their best so you can have a great stay. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You undersnand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to weive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or any activities around the lake. All Airbnb guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this weiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb guests and Airbnb host. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. Enter the dock and or lake area at your own risk.
