Beautiful, vibrant, clean, cosily renovated townhouse in South Slope/Gowanus. A lovely block minutes from the subway and also close to lower Manhattan by bike. Near Prospect Park, and lively Gowanus, 15 minutes to Manhattan. About 20 minutes from The Lower East Side by bike. Lots of light and charm. Hardwood floors, tin ceilings, clawfoot tubs, a lovely umbrella-ed balcony, and back yard which has a large farm table and BBQ for safe gathering. Our home has three cosy bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other two singles, all on the third floor. This floor also has a library with a table, and a bathroom. Downstairs is the living room, which opens into the dining room and kitchen which are the warm center of the home. We have another bathroom on this floor, and double doors that open onto the balcony and the large shared backyard There is a washer and dryer on the first floor. We're on a lovely block close to all the Park Slope Avenues, 5 blocks from the park itself with the Botanical Gardens, and the Brooklyn Museum close. Near to Sunset Park, and to Smith and Court Streets. Whole Foods is a short walk away. Guest access Guests will have two floors of this three story townhouse. Private access to the second and the top floor which together have three lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, a kitchen and an extra library/room upstairs. We have a shared back yard garden with the tenants downstairs,. The tenant's have their own private entrances and exits. Other things to note I also offer to pay for a housecleaner every other week if it is desired by longer term guests. She keeps very safe, and is a wonderful help.
