The terrace it is shared and it is furnished with tables and chairs. My property it is a villa with three floors. The studio it is located in the 1rst floor with surface of 31m2. There is one double bed and an budget bed a kitchen a small bathroom and a balcony with garden view. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary tools and utensils to cook. We offer free wifi all 24hours , free parking, hot water,air conditioning new comfortable mattresses and dark curtains for a restfull sleep. The balcony door and windows have mosquito nets. On the balcony there is a table, chairs and a clothesline. Tell us if you'll need extra pillow or blanket. The yard is surrounded by colorful flowers and plants, which makes it a very unique space in addition. The outside area is protected by security cameras The neighborhood it is really nice and quite suitable for families, the beaches are crystal clear especially in the morning. The public beach it is only 5 minutes walking from the accommodation. A few minutes walking there are quiet and uncrowded beach bars.
