This house is peaceful, warm and inviting, a home away from home, to relax and unwind after a busy day sight-seeing. The house is located in a gated community, so it is very safe and secure. But also located only 10 minutes from the Adelaide City Centre. There is a bus stop right outside the front which can take you straight into the City, so it is very easily accessibly. The Guest Bedroom fits 2 people comfortably. The bedroom has a private door access from the courtyard. The bedroom also opens up to a private courtyard garden. There is also a hanging closet and very large bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. Towels, soaps and amenities are included. In terms of accessibility, the house is located 10 minute taxi rider to the city center. But there is also a very large shopping center with luxury brands, clothing, home-wares and food shopping located within a 7 minute walk down the road. There is also a grocery store and café only 5 minutes walk away for any fresh food shopping, a coffee or lunch. I can recommend many great restaurants around the neighbourhood such as Indian, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese and Italian cuisine all within a short walk or drive from the house. There is a separate laundry available with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your use. Parking is also included for your convenience. Adelaide is a city best known for it’s Arts and Music Festivals. Festival Season begins in mid February and runs through until end of March. This is considered ‘high season’. The location of my home is only 10 minutes drive from the heart of the Festivals and event locations. I highly recommend visiting Adelaide in the Australian summer – January – March and to come and visit for the Festivals which include – The Fringe festival, The Adelaide Festival of Arts, the Womadelaide Festival, The Clipsal 500 car race, and the Tour Down Under in mid January. All of these major events showcase the best Adelaide has to offer. Guest access There is private access through a side gate from the Courtyard to the Guest Bedroom, however the front door access is most commonly used. During your stay It varies from guest to guest. I am a friendly, welcoming person who enjoys the company of others and making conversation, but I am also happy to give you space if that is what you choose. Either way I am respectful of my guests.
