Guest access Parking is available in the driveway, as shown in the pictures, and depending on the length of your stay, you can park in the garage for a fee. If you are a smoker, the patio is your happy place. 4. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. 5. The kitchen is yours to use; please LEAVE IT AS CLEAN AS YOU FOUND IT. 6. Lock up when leaving and return the keys before checking out. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. 7. Take out trash according to schedule (ask me for a calendar reminder). 8. BE CONSIDERATE OF THE OTHER GUESTS IN THE HOME; THEY ARE YOUR LONG-TERM NEIGHBORS. RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING ARE A MUST IF YOU WANT TO STAY HERE. 9. Do not rearrange furniture, electronics, lights, or other items in the house without asking. 10. Most Important Rule: When in doubt, ask me. I am always available to help. RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT Upon using our Airbnb accommodations as a guest or visitor, herein referred to as the GUEST, you agree to the following: IN CONSIDERATION for being permitted to enter and use of Airbnb property, you hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE us personally and/or as company/corporation herein referred to as the “HOST", from all liability for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demand thereof on account of INJURY or DEATH whether caused by the negligence of the HOST or otherwise while in or upon the area. As a GUEST, you hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the HOST from any loss, liability, damage, or costs to the GUEST that may occur during your stay at our accommodation. THE GUEST further expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law and that if any provision is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the interpretation of this Agreement shall be settled ONLY by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association and/or Airbnb. THE GUEST HAS READ, UNDERSTANDS THE RISKS, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREES TO THE RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT and further agrees that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the preceding written agreement have been made.
