Across the road and only a short walk to Tallow beach / Tea Tree lake. 50 metres to The Roadhouse, an iconic Byron Bay restaurant / café and Creature Yoga, one of Byron’s best yoga studios. The space Queen sized studio guesthouse located in beautiful Byron Bay. The fully detached guesthouse shares the property with a three-bedroom house, both have separate outdoor areas with fencing and screening to ensure privacy is maintained. There is a private outdoor grassy area with BBQ, table and chairs for you to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Small lounge area with sofa bed. Kitchen is equipped with electric appliances; fully functioning laundry and separate bathroom / toilet. Parking is not available on the property however there is often space out the front of the house and in the nearby Roadhouse / Creature Yoga carpark (this is free). We use professional cleaners to clean and sanitise between stays, using commercial cleaning products to ensure the safety of our guests staying in the guesthouse. Guest access The guesthouse is completely private and separate from the house on the property. Guests of both the house and the guesthouse will share entry to the property by the front gate. The backyard of the property will be used by those residing in the main house, thus this is not a shared space. Registration details PID-STRA-30285
