Life here is friendly, quiet and completely cut off from city disturbances. Located outside the village and nestled in the heart of nature, the apartment is renovated, and the bathroom has been completely redone from floor to ceiling! Please note that there is no air conditioning, but don't panic, the accommodation stays cool in the summer! Since it's built against the rock, nature has done a great job! Open to rent since summer 2018. (Access and independent entrance). Every year, we make improvements to enhance our services. New in 2026: As part of our eco-friendly approach, after installing a 25 m³ rainwater tank for watering and minor tasks, followed by a small wastewater treatment unit, this year we are installing solar panels with storage to become nearly self-sufficient in terms of our (and your) electricity consumption! This cozy little 30m2 nest is ideal for a single couple or a couple with 1 or 2 children. Please note that the second bed is a comfortable sofa bed (sofa, sleeping size of 120x185cm) but not super suitable for sleeping 2 big teenagers! It's in the same room as the main double bed. The accommodation consists of a main living room of 16m2 fully equipped (small table, TV, sofa bed...), an equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, fridge...) and a bathroom with toilet. A shaded private terrace (table and chairs) and also its sunny outdoor living area. The other outdoor areas are shared with us, the owners: the pool area, summer kitchen, barbecue, sun loungers, etc. Guest access Just before the house, a descent leads you to a small parking space. It is on the same level as the garden, pool and your accommodation. You have access to your own private shaded terrace facing south on the garden and pool side. Your private terrace has a small gate that is very convenient for young children who want to discover the "pleasures" of the pool without their parents..., you are then reassured when you occupy the accommodation! The other outdoor amenities are shared with us, the owners; swimming pool, summer kitchen, barbecue, plancha, garden furniture, sunbathing...
