La Maison du Bonheur – Gard 30

We are happy to welcome you to the Maison du Bonheur! In July and August; rental from Saturday to Saturday This is a large house with a single comfortable independent cottage on the garden level overlooking a private shaded terrace then the pool area that is shared with us. The very large exterior (1.5 hectares) consists of terraced plots and oak forests. In the heart of nature, the calm, the pool, the sun ignite the "idleness"! The space COVID-19 INFO: We're adapting our cleaning to prevent any risk. All surfaces (handles, light switches, kitchen facades, countertop...) are disinfected using a suitable product. Ability to arrange self check-in! Life in our little 70s farmhouse is the most relaxing thing there is! Life here is friendly, quiet and completely cut off from city disturbances. Outside the village and perched in nature, the apartment is renovated, Improvement for the year 2022; the bathroom is completely redone from floor to ceiling, theme; nature...! Open for rent since summer 2018. (Access and independent entrance). Every year we undertake improvements to improve the exteriors . This year we have enhanced access to the "parking" space for guests. It's all pretty!:): dry stone walls, plantations and the old little stony path is now clean and secure to facilitate descent and ascent. This cozy little 30 m2 nest is ideal for a single couple or a couple with 1 or 2 children. Please note that the second bed is a sofa bed (bench, sleeping size 120x185 cm) comfortable but not super suitable for sleeping 2 tall teenagers! It's in the same room as the main double bed. The accommodation consists of a fully equipped main living room of 16 m2 (small table, TV, sofa bed...), an equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, fridge...) and a bathroom with toilet. A private shaded terrace (table and chairs) and also a sunny outdoor seating area. The other outdoor spaces are shared with us owners: the pool area, summer kitchen, barbecue, the property also has a large bowling green! Balls are available free of charge on site. Guest access Just before the house, a descent leads you to a small parking space. It is on the same level as the garden, pool and your accommodation. You have access to your own private shaded terrace facing south on the garden and pool side. Your private terrace has a small gate that is very convenient for young children who want to discover the "pleasures" of the pool without their parents..., you are then reassured when you occupy the accommodation! The other outdoor amenities are shared with us, the owners; swimming pool, summer kitchen, barbecue, plancha, garden furniture, sunbathing...
