Glaziers Bay Cottage near Cygnet

Glaziers Bay Cottage is a colonial style building with modern facilities. It features 2.7m ceilings, walk in robe, open plan living area and kitchen. Ten minutes from Cygnet with magnificent views of vineyards, the Hartzview mountains, the Huon River and walking distance to Fat Pig Farm nextdoor. Cereals, local free range eggs, bread, milk, orange juice, tea and coffee included for a DIY breakfast. I'm really sorry but one night bookings are not viable so I have a two night minimum booking. The space This accommodation is a 12 year old colonial style cottage. It is a completely separate dwelling with its own carport. It features timber floors and rugs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, vanity unit, above vanity cupboard, and a ceiling mounted light/heater combination. The laundry/utility area has a small wardrobe, washer and dryer with ironing board, clothes rack and iron. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and a walk-in robe. Guest access Access is through the carport. One bedroom in the cottage is a locked store room - please see the floor plan. The 5 acre block has grassed areas, terraces and a small terrace under the gum tree which the WiFi reaches. Other things to note >A cooked breakfast is not provided, however, cereals, local free range eggs, fresh bread, orange juice, milk, teas and coffee are provided. >Due to the rural nature of the area guests will need their own vehicle. >Electricity and water is for use only within the accommodation so if you need power or water to your vehicle, please consider the Caravan/RV park in Cygnet. >I appreciate that Airbnb encourages guests to negotiate prices & conditions but please understand that I do not negotiate these terms. >Music is not to be played with instruments or equipment, acoustically or electrically outside the cottage.
