Situated within a gated community, our home can provide your family & friends a safe & comfortable stay while being minutes away from Thunderbird Resort, surrounding beach resorts, San Fernando City's town proper, and is a 30-min drive to San Juan—the Surfing Capital of the North. Whether you're stopping over for your road trip, or just basking in La Union's beaches, our place will be your home away from home. *The house is sanitized & our co-host will observe physical distancing. The space Our house offers a cozy space with all of the amenities one expects in their home. It is a two-storey house with three air conditioned bedrooms available for use, and a mini split type air condition in the living room area. On the first floor you will find: a living area with a flat screen TV, dining area, kitchen equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware needed to prepare your meals, a bathroom and an air conditioned bedroom. Located on the second floor are the master's bedroom (and it's en-suite bathroom), another bedroom and a living area with access to the balcony. Additionally, we have an outdoor kitchen, laundry area, and an open shower area that can be used by guests. There is also a shaded, outdoor seating area next to the parking lot which can house up to 2 vehicles. *The place will be thoroughly sanitized with 1 day between reservations & following Airbnb’s 5-Step guidelines Guest access Guests have access to everything in the house, except the nipa hut within the property. Other things to note **Covid update: We ensure that our house is thoroughly sanitized, with 1 day between reservations and strictly following Airbnb’s 5-Step Guidelines - Guests with children should be careful with the stairs and the wooden furnitures in the house - Our subdivision has a scheduled water supply but we have water reserve tanks.
