Our cosy two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a finely renovated '70s style villa. While being close to the services and the historic centre of our town, Budrio, you can admire the colours of the season in the beautiful garden that surrounds the house or take a walk in the nearby countryside. The space We decorated the space with the clear sky of an autumn day in mind, in dialogue with the surrounding nature. During the day, sunlight bathes the light woods and green velvets in warmth, creating an original and sophisticated atmosphere; in the evening, warm lights come on to create a cosy alcove. Surrounded by greenery, under the gazebo in the garden adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a corner of serenity in the summer months. There is no shortage of comforts: independent hot-cold air conditioning, ceiling fan in the master bedroom, dishwasher, state-of-the-art wifi, Samsung 4k LED TV with Netflix and Prime Video, private parking with remote-controlled automatic gate. We also make available for free use washing machine and dryer in the garage shared with us. Other things to note Before each stay, we do a deep clean of the mattresses and sofa with a vacuum cleaner equipped with a double HEPA filter to make sure the place is free of dust and allergens.
