This home comes with temperature color Lighted Shower, Jacuzzi, Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Bedding and Linens. Free WiFi, Security cameras outside. The space This is a PRIVATE Home not a Hotel! No one lives in the space. It is a 3 level condo just renovated on March 31, 2025 with the unit being completed painted, new appliances, brand new TVs and state of the art surround sound system with Alexa smart home. Alexa operates TVs, lights, ceiling fans, door locks, sound system and electronic devices. Top floor - Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Wine Cooler Middle Floor - Living Room, Jacuzzi, 1 65 inch 4K tv Bottom Floor - Master Bedroom with 65 inch tv with surround sound & Full bathroom Full Access to the property through Keyless entry. Once your booking is confirmed, you will send us your own custom 4 digit number that will serve as your pin. Your pin will be the key code to the door and the alarm system during your stay. Absolutely No Parties or Kick Backs. This is an intimate setting for couples only. A baecation! No more than 4 people total at the property. You will be removed from property without a refund if the rules are violated. Guest access You will have complete access to the whole house. Other things to note Please don’t not put anything in the Jacuzzi. Money, Rose petals, and etc. This will cause the pump to burn out and it will be an additional charge. Please leave cover on jacuzzi once you are done using it. Not returning the cover cause the heater to run none stop and will cause damage to the motor. This charge will be billed to the guest. Check out is at 11am if late you will be charged a late fee. You can request a late check out for an additional charge. Please, no parties, no balloons, rose petals, candles, party signs, taping signs on the walls, or party decorations, silly string, oils, glitter or etc. violating these rules will result in immediate dismissal from the property without refund. It will also be an extra cleaning fee for party items left inside the unit. This unit is a couples suite 4 guests max. Please take care of the unit as if it was your own home. Also if ring doorbell is deactivated by any kind from the renter/guest to deter or altered the Security of the unit it will result in violation and you will be removed immediately without refund and will be reported to Airbnb Security Team.
