Quiet Waterfront Cottage on cove

The cottage is a 2 story cozy home near Five Islands Pier and Reed State Beach and has great views of the water and islands. You’ll love the place because of Its 6 acre's of grass and woods with 200' of ocean frontage. We have just added to the cottage a brand new kitchen, laundry room & full bathroom. The Pier has a picnic table and rockers to relax during the day and two kayaks to adventure within the cove. There is a ramp and float down to the water. This is a non smoking home. The space There is a outdoor restaurant at the Five Island Pier off 127 and there's a great restaurant, the Osprey at Robinhood Cove. Its on the north side of the island off 127. There are signs and a funky garage with antlers on it for where to turn. There's a nice farmers market, Five Island Farm near the Pier for last minute food shopping. Guest access Guest will have the cottage to themselves. Other things to note The stove (actually a coal stove) will make a lovely fire but sucks more air out than it warms. There is a propane heater and electric heaters if it gets cool. The house is entirely insulated and is quite pleasant through the fall.
