My place is on the roof 3rd floor(no lift) where the door opens to a big balcony with plants and wall decor. Perfect for spending quiet cosy evenings under the moon light! Well connected to all the places you want to explore. Closest mall is Forum (350metres) along with all sorts of restaurants(expensive, reasonable) available the moment you step down. This would be ideal for youngsters in group looking for a decent condo at a centrally ,pocket friendly location. Food is easily available. The space The flat is cosy, with the balcony/terrace opening right infront. It is well decorated with plants where you can have your evening gathering. It has water purifier, refrigerator,Air-conditioning,hot plate,utensils Other things to note I am open to accommodate mutually agreed requests! I want my guests to book again!
