The private half bath is located on the main floor at the top of the stairs inside entrance area. Private parking space in front of the home. The space Everything you need for a comfortable stay is readily available. The main room includes a queen bed and sitting area including a Flat screen TV with cable. The side room includes your private shower, sink and table and chairs for eating area and a large desk and chair with plenty of work room. This area also includes a refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Your private half bath is at the entrance level. Guest access You have a private entrance through the side entrance door. A lock box is available for easy entrance. You can park in the driveway while unloading or loading your car. All other times for the convenience of both please park in front of the house in the space provided in front of the rail fence. You also have access to the sunroom and two outside patio areas. Your apartment is completely private, but you do not have access to the main part of the house without permission of the host. Other things to note There is a loveseat available for a small child and a roll-away bed; please notify when these will need to be used for extra sleep area.
