Delightful detached house on two levels with terrace on the marina of Punta Lunga. Fine finishes enrich the house, a part of the house has kept the original tuff, while the floors are made of resin, original Sicilian stone and parquet on the upper floor. Quiet fishing village near Marasolo beach, a few kilometers from downtown Favignana. A small kiosk completes the area for a quiet breakfast overlooking the sea or an aperitif at sunset. The space The house is built on two levels: on the ground floor, a dining room with a kitchenette, equipped with all the utensils and a suggestive view of the marina. Continuing a living room with sofa, TV and a closed furniture with washing machine. Complete the ground floor with a large bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower. On the first floor, a double bedroom with a small bathroom (toilet only) and a wonderful terrace with two deck chairs where you can have a coffee, read a book or enjoy the wonderful evenings, listening to the relaxing sound of the sea.
