Big apartman with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathr., big garden

Our apartment house is a spacious flat for 7 people. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, a completely equipped kitchen and two balconies, all ensure a comfortable stay during holiday. Free Wi-Fi is available all around the house. A colour TV with more international channels provides entertainment. The large garden gives a pleasant place for sunbathing, or for a grill party with friends and makes car parking being safe. The space Pleasant, full-comforted house with three bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a big balcony. Two bedrooms are with double beds, one bedroom is furnished with 3 comfortable single beds (90x200 cm). There are two bathrooms in the house. One bathroom is with a shower and a toilet, the other is with a shower, and the toilet is in a small separate place. The kitchen-dining room is not too large, but perfectly equipped, even if you plan to bake a cake or pizza, or a little celebration. There is a fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, an electric cooker (4 places) with oven, coffee maker, water boiler, different cooking-frying pans, glasses of wine, beer, short drinks, and plastic cutlery and plates for kids. The large balcony is suitable for 7 people, and besides there are two tiny balconies for drying towels and keeping beach stuff. In the apartment a colour LCD TV and free Wi-Fi internet is provided. Wi-Fi covers the whole garden as well, so you can look for sightseeing or check your e-mails while sunbathing. Guest access Safe parking place for two cars/flat, table tennis, giant trampoline, place for grill and kettles, deck chairs, sand pit, swings, all the stuff, furniture and sports equipment is free to use. Other things to note Smoking is only possible in the balcony and the garden, inside the house it is not allowed! According to town regulation and to ensure undisturbed relaxation of other guests, loud music and speaking is not allowed after 22:00! Tourist tax is 1,5 eur/night/adult you have to pay upon arrival. By booking, I clearly accept and abide by the above conditions.
