Charming and private bedroom suite with full private bathroom, fully stocked kitchenette and office space in beautiful Cheviot Hills neighborhood. The attached space is completely private and does not have access to main house. The space Great location on a quiet cul de sac in Cheviot Hills - one of the nicest neighborhoods in Los Angeles! Conveniently located just 5 miles from Santa Monica beach to the west and downtown Los Angeles to the east. Only 20 minutes north of LAX airport. Fox and Sony studios are both only 10 minutes away! Short walking distance to shops, grocery store and restaurants. Public transportation and a light rail stop are also a short walk away. There is a separate private guest entrance for self check in or I am happy to greet you as well. You enter through a finished laundry room that has machines available to use. The bedroom is spacious and has abundant natural light. The attached Unit is located on the opposite side of the house from the family bedrooms so is very private and quiet without access to the main house. The queen sized bed has a brand new comfy mattress and high quality 100% organic cotton bedding. The space includes a TV with Roku, sound machine, fully stocked kitchenette with microwave, airfryer toaster oven, electric double burners, refrigerators (additional drink refrigerator available upon request), Keurig coffee maker with assorted pods and snacks. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, there is also an office space within the bedroom suite. There is plentiful, free street parking if you rent a car and easy access to Uber or Lyft and public transportation, including light rail (Exposition Line runs all the way to Santa Monica and downtown), if you choose not to rent a car. Guest access Guests enter the space through a separate guest side door with digital code. (Or Host will greet you and provide you with code and basic introduction upon request.) Bedroom and bathroom both have locking doors for privacy; host will not enter space without permission from guest. Check in anytime after 3p is allowed!
