Beautifully appointed inner city pad

Hi guest - you are so lucky! You have found one of those excellent Airbnb properties you hear people fondly talk about - read the reviews. You will immediately feel at home because it is my home, not a rental. This new light-filled one-bedroom inner-city apartment is quiet, beautifully appointed, and has a spacious private rooftop terrace with city views. It is near Broadway retail precinct and within walking distance of Sydney CBD, UTS, USYD, Darling Harbour, Central, and Newtown. The space This apartment is a great size for a single or couple. The private rooftop terrace is perfect to watch Sydney's skyline. However, if you’d prefer to unwind indoors, the living area is well equipped with its own balcony and looks out onto a leafy green vista. It is pet friendly too, with a pet door to the terrace, however, please shoot me a message with the details of your furry friends as there are strata rules that I need to comply with (weight limits namely). Guest access There is WiFi, TV with Netflix + others, a Sonos sound bar, a separate workstation, a well-equipped kitchen and an outdoor BBQ area. Other things to note Included in your stay is a fortnightly clean. My cleaner is amazing and it makes both of us (you and I) a little more comfortable if the place is kept clean. The cost of the cleaning is included in the nightly rate you pay, so if it feels a little more expensive than others, take comfort in the additional value. I will only accept bookings from people with previous Airbnb history, government ID lodged and positive reviews.
