The space The Sentinel Residences is located along northbound EDSA Cubao in Quezon City. It’s accessible to all means of transportation. We wish you an enjoyable stay with us! Thank you! The whole condo is for your own use! You can also use the condo facilities such as the swimming pool, the gym, and the walking/running path at the 10th floor. Guest access The entire condo is for your own use and you have free access to the swimming pool, gym and running/walking path located at the 10th floor. Other things to note Check in time is 2 pm and check out is 10 am. We will also ask for 1k key deposit which will be returned to you when you return the key upon check out. We will give your unit number when we hand over the key to you. We have a Smart TV with TV Plus. If you want to use Wifi, its additional Php100 per overnight stay. You can just pay it to our staff and he will give you the access. We provide soap and towels for your stay. You should bring your own sanitation pack such as shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, and slippers if needed. We also provide kettle to boil your drinking water. If you need extra drinking water, you can purchase from the convenience store next to our building. You can cook your own meal in the unit. We provide basic utensils but not the knife because it’s considered as dangerous weapon under our building policy and we are not allowed to provide it to guests. You can bring your own knife if you want to cook. Kindly wash the dishes if you will cook in the unit. We have 30 units listed in the same Building with same amenities but different color of bedsheet, carpet and wall display. The positioning of the bed may also vary depending on the unit. You may get a different bedsheet design other than in the picture because it’s still in the laundry. We also request your help to please turn off all electricity consuming appliances when not in use so we can continue to rent out our condo at the most affordable price. Please observe cleanliness. We do not charge cleaning fee and we hope that you will treat our condo as your own home and keep it clean. Kindly leave our refrigerator and cabinets empty of your trash before you leave. We have trash bins provided for you in the unit. No smoking inside the unit because there is a smoke detector and if it goes off, the whole building will alarm. If you have to smoke, please smoke at the designated smoking area downstairs. If you badly need to smoke inside the unit, limit the same to the closed toilet and ensure that the whole unit will not smell like cigarette upon check out. Otherwise, we will charge a cleaning fee of Php1500. We hope you have a great stay with us! We may not have the expertise of an expensive hotel but we want you to have a great stay and feel at home in our condo. If we have missed out to clean a spot or there are some missing details that you need, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Pls bring medical certificate if you have it. If you don’t have medical certificate, kindly send us your name and age and address, and fill out the Covid-19 questionnaire. We will coordinate with a doctor online to prepare the med cert for you. There's an extra charge of 100p per person. Upon check in, you need to show your ID and check your body temperature. Kindly send your ID in advance so we can prepare your authorization.
