We have 2 types of chalets: - the Tahoe, 30 m2 that can accommodate up to 4 people maximum: 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 by 200 bed and one with bunk beds. - the Valley, 35 m2 that can accommodate up to 6 people maximum: 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 by 200 bed and one with 2 single beds. The Hauts de Baldy residential park, located on Mont Saint-Loup (Agde), consists of 20 fully equipped and air-conditioned wooden chalets, combining comfort and functionality. They are spread over an estate in the middle of a pine forest, quiet, overlooking the Thau pond and Sète in the distance. Its prime location allows you to access the first beaches and the Port of Cap d'Agde in 5 minutes by car, and to practice mountain biking, hiking or jogging in the surrounding vineyards and forest. The estate has a heated outdoor swimming pool (depending on the period), a relaxation area, a playground and a playroom for children, and a petanque court. We also provide our guests with free electric barbecues in each chalet, a ping-pong table and a foosball table, and for those who want to maintain their fitness, a gym with treadmill, elliptical bike, weight bench... Our estate is a haven of peace dedicated to families and seniors seeking calm, tranquility and nature. Cleaning to be carried out at the start or possibility of taking the cleaning package: €60. Pets allowed (maximum) kept on a leash in the area: €80 per stay. Sheets and towels are not provided but can be rented on request at the time of booking. Possibility to rent per night (2 nights minimum) and to arrive any day of the week from March 30 to July 20 and from September 20 to November 10. From July 20 to September 21, only weekly rental (or fortnight: 10% discount) and arrivals from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. Other things to note Electricity, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and secure parking are free and included in the rental price. Linens and towels are not provided but can be rented on site and upon request in advance. Cleaning to be done at the end of the stay or possibility to take the cleaning package: €60. Security deposit: €360 returned at the end of the stay if the chalet is in good condition and clean. Barbecues or electric grills are available free of charge. Baby equipment loan: 1 baby cot available, a high chair and a baby bath. Pets are allowed, kept on a leash and on request: extra €80 for the stay per pet (maximum 2 small dogs) or €50 for short stays.
