The upstairs apartment has a separate bedroom along with lounge/dining area/self-contained kitchen and bathroom with a commercial Guest foldaway bed (if needed). Second bedroom is downstairs with a double bed this bedroom has exclusive access to the apartment from the stairwell (Please note: no downstairs bathroom and not suitable for infants). Heat Pump & Air Conditioning is available in the Lounge area. Good off-street parking, front and back of main house. Please note: Parking is up to two vehicles. Please message us prior to booking if you have extra cars/trailer. Shared laundry and storage facilities are located in the Garage. Great food options nearby with local Woolworths Supermarket & Liquorland.
