Our caravan is Rockley Park with great sea views of Poole harbour. You can purchase passes if you want to use the pools, entertainment and sports. The beach is 2 mins away which has sailing facilities, the club is 5 mins walk. Great walks over Ham Common and to pier. Sofa bed in lounge with TV/DVD, toys, fully equipped kitchen and walk in shower. Parking for two cars on garden at side. Central heated & double glazed. Bedding, quilts & pillows provided - please bring towels. No pets The space Lovely quiet spot overlooking the sea. Lovely walks through Ham Common to the other beach and pier - walk starts from behind the tennis courts. Plenty to do in the area. Boat trips from Poole to Bournemouth and Swanage. Monkey World, Tank Museum, Weymouth, Brownsea Island worth a visit. Great restaurants in Poole Town and Sandbanks worth a visit. I send you full details map and booking forms when you book. CARAVAN DETAILS FOR HOLIDAYMAKERS Pine Ridge 59 Rockley Park Napier Road Hamworthy Poole Dorset BH15 4LZ Reception Reception is on the right of the entrance to Rockley Park after driving up Napier Road. The entertainment and restaurant complex is next door on the right. Entertainment passes are available at an extra charge – see end of note. You can get these from reception. Directions to Pine Ridge 59 Arrive at the park, go straight over the roundabout, past the club on your right and tennis courts further down on your left. Drive down and take third turning on the right into Pine Ridge. Then take the first left turn and our caravan is down towards the end – all caravans are clearly numbered. You can park two small cars or one large car by the side of the caravan in the garden area. Please check in after 2.00 pm and leave by 11.00 am on day of departure. The caravan key is in a key security box to the left of the door. The code is xxxx. Please ensure you place the key back in this box when you leave for the next holidaymaker. Bedding – we supply bedding and a double quilt and 4 pillows for main bedroom, two single quilts and 4 pillows for twin room and a double quilt and 2 pillows for the sofa bed in the lounge (this is under the sofa opposite the TV). The quilt for this is stored on top of the wardrobe in the main double bedroom. All beds have mattress protectors. Please bring towels. We supply quilt covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and shower mat. If you turn a radiator off during your stay please turn back on for next holidaymaker. If you have any issues with the heating/lighting/water/oven – anything at all, give Security a call and they will come out, usually within 10 minutes and they will resolve it. There is a maintenance team which works 9-5 if anything that they can’t fix. Sun chairs/windbreaker/spades/tennis racquets/fishing gear/buckets etc in tall lounge cupboard. Toys and books in small cupboard by TV. TV and DVD and CD player in lounge. Books, DVDs and CDs in cupboard above the TV. Kitchen is fully equipped - black bags, washing up liquid and toilet rolls supplied. Heating and water controls in cupboard in hall – both will be “on” so please do not touch these. The heating control is on the wall by the bathroom – just turn up and down as needed. You will hear a click when the heating is fired up. Fire in lounge – push the button in and turn left (might take a couple of turns). Gas cooker – rings – hold in buttons and turn then release. Oven – press button in, turn up high then release (try a couple of times if not lighting up initially). Surrounding area Beach is a two minute away down the slope to the right of the caravan – ideal for crabbing and fishing or just take the sun chairs and sit on the beach. Walks to the pier – walk up to Ham Common and take the path behind the tennis courts and take the path (look for yellow arrow). Follow this round to another beach and pier. Takes about 10 minutes. There is fishing lake along the way and has nice views. Wi fi available at the club. Entertainment See brochures in cupboard above TV for days out eg. Monkey World, Tank Museum, Farmer Palmers, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove, Compton Acres, Brownsea Island, Weymouth, Swanage, Bournemouth, Sandbanks, Studland etc, etc. Passes needed for: Shows and entertainment in the club, day and night. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Sports zone and crazy golf, football, archery, basketball, play areas (indoor & outdoor), tennis. You can easily access the two beaches, children's play area and walks over Ham Common and local shop but will need to purchase passes for entertainment and pools and sports are payable. During Nov and Dec entertainment stops for winter. Other things to note No bookings taken from parties of single people under 21 or large groups
