There is a good size kitchen with electric cooking, microwave and a big 2-door fridge. The lounge dining kitchen areas are combined and all very well appointed. A wood or electric heater heats the area, should the weather turn cool. There are 3-bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (with pillow top mattress), one with a queen bed (pillow top) and a single, and the other room with two sets of bunks sleeping 9 overall. BYO Linen: Bedding is provided but guests must bring their own linen and towels. The bathroom contains a basin and a shower over a hip bath. The toilet is separate. The laundry has a family size front load washing machine. The house is almost brand new and has it all for the family seeking a great beach get away. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the property. No pets allowed. While the property is fully furnished and well equipped, it may not have all appliances and equipment you may be used to using. We apologise if this causes inconvenience. Guest access You have use of the entire house and yard. Guest access information will be provided the day of your arrival via email. This will include details on how to locate the property, where to locate the key safe, and the key safe combination to access the keys. Other things to note Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control. Each property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems.
