10,000thb/month for 1 year contract, Not furnished

First of all, many thanks for interesting in my house. Please be informed that the house located at south pattaya near Big C, nice neigborn. it is suitible for family stay .It is for 1 year contract, contain 3 air conditions, 3 hot water machine , furnished 2 bed Rm. , 3 baht Rm.,Kitchen, . there is no furniture at first floor. The electric and water is per government charge. * Before move in pay 30,000 thb. (Advance 1 month payment : 10,000 thb + deposite 20,000 thb ) The space 2 stories house, 2 bed rooms, 3 bath rooms, 1 living room,1 kitchen with 3 Air Conditions, 3 Hot water machines Guest access The guest can use everything in the house. No furniture for the first floor. Other things to note *Pet is allowed, but the guest must have special take care for the furniture and house. *Smoking is allowed out side of the house. *Noisy after 22 o'clock should not be happened. * The guest can discuss with host before arrive if they need any special service such as transportation, cleaning service every month etc. * Please be inform that there is no internet in the house, but the guest can set and pay the bill by themsalve * After check in, the guest will be free in the house, and can contact the host if there is any question for the tool. * The rude and aggressive guest is unacceptable.
