The house in a great location7 mins to 95 S/N . Close to 3 shopping centers , close to Target, Walmart, longhorn steakhouse, Lowe’s, marshal, etc....Lee’s Hill Golf club 3 mins away. Spotsylvania mall is 15 mins drive, 5 mins to Spotsylvania regional hospital, kohl’s and public’s . House located in Lee’s hill community, quite neighborhoo, there is a play ground, outdoor pool in the summer ,tennis courts and golf club. The apartment we are renting is the bottom floor of the house. I’m available 3 days a week. We have a lot of verity of take out food , 2 Starbucks within 5 mins, 5 gas stations, car wash, Burger King,McDonald, target, Walmart, gym, spotsy hospital 5 mins away , marry Washington hospital 15 mins away , Mall 15 mins. No public transportation but you can Uber/ Lyft within 5-10 mins. There is plenty street parking where we located. It’s a full basement apartment with kitchen and full bath. We have 4 kids living in the house so there is potential Moises. (If you have kids you’ll understand).
