Equipped with split type aircon, fully furnished with comfortable sofa, flat LED TV with prepaid Cignal cable, dining table & chairs, gas range, refrigerator, microwave oven, etc. Upper floor with two aircon bedrooms, toilet and bath with hot & cold shower and balcony. Each bedroom furnished with full sized beds, side tables, closets & curtains. FREE WIFI is available, speed varies up to 50mbps. The space Very quiet place with clean surroundings and a friendly neighborhood. Most of our customers are foreigners who want privacy and they want our place because our units are within a closed compound where (us) the owners are there to accomodate and provide the guests with their other needs like cooking wares, utensils, etc. Guest access We don't impose curfew hours but for security reasons, our guests are provided entrance keys coz we lock our main gate after 9pm. Guests are free to sit and relax at benches provided outside their units. This common place is also considered as a free wifi spot. Other things to note We give our guests utmost privacy while hosting them. However, we would also encourage our guests to openly interact with us if they have any problem or request(s). As much as possible, we would like our guests to feel at home with us. Hosting strangers is part of our desire to meet new friends coming from other parts of the world.
