You will appreciate the brightness of the extension of the house (renovated in 2009) converted into a small apartment and the calm of a country residence with a large garden. The space The overnight rental gives you access to the guest house (private): - 30 m2 private living room with 2 comfortable sofas and 127 cm HD TV with TV by Canal Panorama (270 channels included). - New: refrigerator in the accommodation - Presence of mosquito nets on the windows. - Bay window overlooking terrace - 15 m2 mezzanine with 1 double bed of 140 x 190 cm. In the same room: 2 single beds 2 m long with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Possibility of having a baby bed on request. - Private wooden terrace area of 20 m2 with garden furniture Attention: No possibility to use the kitchen (the microwave, our fridge, the oven, the wine cellar) or to take plates or glasses. Coffee maker in our kitchen not usable. Bathrooms (private): - Newly renovated private bathroom of 7 m2 (main residence side, on the ground floor) with shower, bathtub and 1 sink.
