ATINA VILLAGE APARTMENT

Apartment located in the historic center of the village of about 50 m2 on the 2nd floor of a small rustic condominium of 6 homes with the entrance in the living/dining room (16 m2), a corridor (2 m2) leading to the left to the kitchen (3 m2) and to the right to the bathroom (6 m2), then overlooking the very large bedroom of 23 m2. All the main amenities are present as well as supermarkets not far from there. The space First of all, it is the countryside and the surrounding mountains that dominate, and in particular the Abruzzo region, Monte Cassino steeped in history with its domineering abbey, but for all that, there are many swimming pools in the area and the sea is not so far away (Mediterranean 50 km and the Adriatic 100 km). Naples, Capri, Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast and Rome are about 120 km on either side of the village. Every year, during the summer period, many festivities are organized not only in Atina village and "inferiore" but also in the other villages of the valley as well as those around.
