THURSDAY: Close for General Cleaning FRIDAY to SUNDAY and PUBLIC HOLIDAY: Pool is exclusive to homeowners and residents ONLY. ***Before using any of the amenities (i.e. Badminton Court, Swimming Pool, Basketball Court), please register at MIREA Residences Admin – PMO.*** • Pay Parking: Available on a “First come first serve” basis (if you have more than 1 car) Rates for Pay Parking: Standard rate (6:00AM to 10:00PM) First three (3) hours = P30.00 Succeeding hours = P10.00 Night time/Over Night rate (10:01 to 5:59am) Flat rate = P150.00 You can pay the Parking Fee on next working day or before your check out.
