We’re not the right choice if you’re looking to pack ‘em in, and our tolerance is literally zero. Between CCTV outdoors & our neighbours who are our mates, we’ll know immediately of abuse and your stay will be terminated without refund. No questions. **Our guests have exclusive and full use of the main house, deck, pool, beach, cubby house, etc however I will not hesitate to personally resurrect (ahem) any party, excessive noise, any unregistered guests, etc…by respectfully ending your stay. A private/gated driveway has room for parking and convenient level access to the first floor. We have a granny flat on property, at times we come and go from our flat. This does not affect your full & private use of the main house, pool, beach, etc however just be aware that our access is via the same driveway to the main house. Other things to note If you are interested in creating an extra special stay, please inquire about suggestions and/or help in creating your perfect holiday.
